Omaha Steaks review: Order not delivered

Order number 63998376 not delivered but paid $159.99 on 12/29 25.
Daughter, recipient of Christmas gift, called and told order not completed and was told I needed to contact website, custserv@omahasteaks.com. When attempted, site was not accessible. Previous attempts on Omaha phone rep contact resulted in hour long waits. I am in Mexico now and the cost of phone calls for virtually inaccessible wait times makes phone contact out of the question. Want steaks delivered immediately or credit issued immediately.
