Ordered two Christmas TV Specials. Delivery was delayed 2 days, when it arrived it was not cold and incomplete (missing potatoes and burgers). Tried calling customer service to find out about missing items. Automated assistant said the wait time was 150 minutes to talk to customer service representative and to call back later. The website was not helpful and waiting 2 1/2 hours to get a resolution is not acceptable. Called back early the next morning and the wait time was 45 minutes. Really not good customer service.
Desired outcome: At this point I don't know what can be done for improper storage of delivered items (not cold). Don't even know if they're good anymore. the least that can be done is deliver the missing items.
