I have been trying to contact them for 7 hours now. they said they would call back in 2.5 hrs if I hit 8 after being on hold for 1 hr i hit 8 it verified my phone number and said they would call back. that never happened so I tried again same thing no call back. i need to change the address where my order is being shipped and have found no way to do on their site. This is supposed to ship tomorrow and if it does they are going to owe me a full refund. This is totally ridiculous horrible customer service. they need to call me back ASAP!

Recommendation: Don't plan on being able to talk to anyone.
