The shopping cart keeps emptying itself, forcing me to start over again and again. Same with the shipping details, as soon as you finish it forgets what you entered and makes you do it again. After proving you are not a robot, of course, even though I was forced to sign in and give another new password, because it doesn't remember that twice in a row either.
Customer service is clueless. After finding my first two deliveries with zero ice left, I begged them to leave instructions to ring my doorbell. They told me they couldn't do that, that's a third party they have no control over. Customer "service" told me to leave those instructions when ordering, but there is NO way to do that. Frustrating afternoon wasted at Omaha (don't know what they are doing) Steaks.
Recommendation: Don't do it, you will be sorry
