We've been 100% satisfied with Omaha Steak products until our most recent order. We ordered four steaks on December 6, 2025 (#3113GT) for $74.99. The steaks arrived the next day, and we grilled two of them a few days later. My husband is an excellent grill man, very experienced.
The Butchers Cut Filet Mignons we ordered were gristly throughout which was a great disappointment. They didn't come near the melt-on-your-mouth Filets we've received in the past. We each actually weighed the gristle we chewed on and spit out. It came to 20% of the weight of the steaks.
We would like a refund from the company, or a replacement package so we can try it again.
We have been good customers, and have ordered several times for friends and family as gifts. No complaints until now. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Wed like a response from Omaha Steaks and a refund or a replacement package so we can try it again. Hopefully, replacement steaks would be the Melt-in-your-Mouth quality of past orders.
