I placed the original order on 11/29/2025, the delivery date kept changing until it went well past the 48 hours of guarantee. Original order was shipped by OnTrac and though it got as far as 80 miles away from destination was never delivered, tracking now says original order will be delivered Dec. 19. Two weeks ago I ordered a replacement order and was told that the replacement order would be shipped by UPS and delivered today and that I would receive a email when it shipped. I never received that email and now am being told that no replacement order shows up as being ordered. When trying to talk to a human, I keep getting message that someone from Omaha Steaks will call me back in 2 hours. That was 5 hours ago. I am holding on the phone right now and being told now that if I press 8 , I will be called back in 1 1/2 hr. Ridiculous! Extremely poor customer service.
Desired outcome: I want to find out what has happened to my replacement order and why I was lied to about everything!
