Omaha Steaks review: Delivery date and tracking number for gift card

I ordered a $100.00 gift card as a Christmas gift for my son and his wife, the delivery date was suppose to be 12/27/2025, I called yesterday and the delivery date changed to 12/29/2025.. I called agaian today and the delivery date changed to 12/30/2025.

I asked for a tracking number which I never received after emailing the company and have not received any acknowledgement as to my email,

When I call customer service the wait time was to be 160 minutes.

I just called this morning and my wait time is 51 minutes.

When will the gift card arrive? It would be nice if Omaha Steaks sold the gift cards at Walmart, or another store . It would be safer than the mail too.
