Omaha Steaks review: Chicken tenders, shrimp, hamburger meat, chicken fritters hamburger patties

This was delivered to my house at 5:30 pm after riding around in a hot ups truck. Everything was thawed out. Now I have to wait nearly 2 weeks to get my refund. I received my order on march 6, 2026. I paid $135 of my hard earned money to get something that I will never be able to use. I thought your company was going to make some changes- apparently not. This is the 2nd time I have received a thawed out order and I have also had an order that was missing an item that had to be replaced.
