Omaha Steaks review: Can’t deliver on time

Ordered from Omaha for my son’s Birthday. They showed me dates that could be delivered so I Picked 11/28/25. Shipment tracking order never changed. Chat little girls kept saying on it’s on time, there are no delays! Never was delivered so now just wait and see if it shows up 11/29/25 they say! What a ridiculous way to run a business. No phone number to complain to. Just those chat line people that don’t know anymore than the customer. Will not order from Omaha Steaks ever again. See there must be a reason not to have a phone number to call trying to find out when your order MAY be delivered or if it was even ordered 6 days earlier!
