Arrived on time 235 pick up order -
as of 255 still waiting even after I called inside. I will never come back to Olive Garden here in Springfield PA or anywhere else. You have customers jump through hoops and then you do not meet your end of the deal. I’ll be sure to spread the word through the family the all available complaint/review locations. I think they’re making it as of my phone call, and it’s almost 3 o’clock. That’s all right i’ll take care of it

Recommendation: Do not come here especially do not do a pick up order

Update by RosieRose

I just shared a review and found out from the delivery person my order due at 2:35 came out to them at 2:40 and I got it after a phone call plus more waiting still at 3 o’clock. apparently it never showed up on their screen etc.LIE. They don’t know what they’re doing that’s not my problem and it was almost $50 order never again trust me don’t go there don’t do Pick Up or Delivery save your money!
