My wife, daughter, and I had dinner at the Bend Olive Garden on 9/25 (Friday) around 5:30 pm. I had two concerns that our waitress didn't handle professionally. My salmon was really dry and overcooked. The waitress apologized and didn't suggest a refund or a replacement meal. The other was breadsticks. They were overdone and hard. We asked for another basket. We this basket was just as hard. So overcooked that you can hear the crunch from many feet away and that's our favorite thing at Olive garden. Needless to say, we left disappointed and still hungry. My plate was left uneaten other then some veggies.

Claimed loss: $30 (Fish dinner and alfredo sauce we usually use to dip our breadsticks.

Desired outcome: Gift card or refund? I'm ok with just ordering something else on my next visit.
