AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Whether you are a potential patient or looking to work at NUVIA. Horrible company/culture (See some of the facts below).

"Here’s how Google AI summarizes Nuvia’
Employee reviews of Nuvia Dental Implant Center, especially on sites like Indeed, consistently highlight several issues: a highly stressful and micromanaged work environment, a lack of autonomy and control, and concerns about patient care standards. There are also complaints about poor culture, high turnover rates, and a lack of support from leadership. Despite some mentioning good pay and benefits, many feel undervalued and treated as expendable assets rather than valued members of the team.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of the common themes:

Micromanagement and Stress:
• Constant monitoring through cameras and real-time feedback.
• Every word and action scrutinized, even during patient consultations.
• Pressure to meet unrealistic team-wide targets without control over leads or scheduling.
• Fear of dismissal for voicing concerns or suggesting improvements.
• Stressful environment leading to burnout.
Lack of Autonomy and Control:
• Little to no freedom in how they perform their jobs.
• Difficulty meeting targets due to factors outside of their control.
• Lack of control over leads and scheduling.
• Perceived lack of support from leadership.
Patient Care Concerns:
• Reports of dirty instruments being used on patients.
• Inadequate sterilization practices.
• Lack of attention to detail in cleaning and disinfection.
Culture and Workplace Issues:
• Low employee morale due to stress and micromanagement.
• High turnover rates due to dissatisfaction.
• Lack of camaraderie and support from coworkers.
• Feeling undervalued and treated as expendable.
• Company prioritizing profit over employee well-being."

The above is 100% accurate. I can speak to this from first hand experience. These are just some of the facts. There are many many more I could share, incliding:
-Sales leadership mocking and disrespecting potential customers who dont have teeth during trainings.
-Sales trainings are souly focused on manipulating and prying on the emotions of this volnurable population of people.
-Company is 1 million% focussed on $. They DO NOT CARE about the patients and helping change lives.

Virtuous looking business on the outside, completely rotten on the inside.

Recommendation: Avoid Like The Plague
