I bought a garage heater from the northern tool website pickup was s broadway in edmond ok ready in under an hour. I drive the 30 miles only to find out from a horrible woman/asst manager that they didnt have my heater and that all she could do was reject my order, not refund my card. That doesnt put my money back on my side of the ledger and with her attitude youd think she had paid and driven and dealt with this problem that was created by someone else. U called customer service and spoke to a msn about my charges and was told he would definitely call back within the hour. Hes definitely a liar. Its close to 24 hours later and he hasnt called. My charges havent been reversed. Ill never buy (attempt) anything from northern tool again.
