Went into the store to get a couple items. Started to checkout and the manager was called to process my tax-exempt status. Her name was not fully visible from my standpoint, but I could see Jenni. So, I said oh, Jenni and Jeri are checking me out. At that time, the cashier, Jennifier, turned and I could now see her name was Jennifier, not Jenni. She immediately looked me straight in the eye and said "The last guy that called me Jenni left the store with a black eye. I apologized to her, but she was not having it. Very unprofessional because she not only is a disgrace to the store but she threaten my wellbeing. She should be reprimanded or fired in my opinion. She could have handled that in a whole different way. I would never disrespect anyone by simply not pronouncing their name correctly.
