The return policy provided by Noracora is clear except for one important fact, items must be shipped to Guangdong, China at the customer's expense. I now have $130 of items to return that will cost $67 to return. These are not heavy or bulky items; they weigh a total of 3 pounds 15 ounces and fit into a 12x10x5 box.

Nowhere does Noracora let customers know that all returns must be shipped to China before purchasing items, only later when something needs to be returned. Then, the process to acquire the required shipping label is cumbersome and slow and they do not provide a phone number for questions.

Purchase was made on May 4, items received on June 26, return label requested on June 27, return label received on July 7. Order # E5A0Q584859, email is [protected]@noracora.com. Only phone number I can find is on the China return label +[protected]

Noracora should be required to tell customers that all returns must be shipped at their cost to China and make customers aware of the cost of shipping to expect. In my case, I would like Noracora to refund my $67.00 shipping costs in consideration of the amount of time and effort it has taken to address this issue.

Thank you for this service.

Ordered 5 items from Noracora on 9/24/22. One of them never arrived. None of them fit. I ordered everything in a large and all but one was too big. The one that wasn't too big, was way way way too small.

On 10/16/22 I requested to return all items and I got the email below. I paid $119.51 (including 23.69 in shipping). They offered me 15% of item prices ($14.40 - less than what I paid for shipping) to keep the items because I might end up with even less than than the $14.40 if I try to return them! Wow.

Here's the email they sent:

Sorry for the bad shopping experience, Return&Refund is acceptable within the return window after delivery.

PS:Since we receive your return request, please make sure you have received your items.

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible customs fees).

Since International returns might result in unpredictable time and high return costs on your side, The partial 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 will be applied for you as a courtesy if you can keep the item(s) . Will you accept that?

If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label as soon as possible. Below is the return policy: https://noracora.com/information/Return%20Policy

***Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. ***

Appreciate for your reply.

Similar issue for a medium size dress my wife purchased. It was more like a medium size for an overweight bull moose, and I'm convinced that was incorrectly marked. That's when found out returns had to be made to China, and they offered her pannies on the dollar if she just kept it.

Wish I had the resources to file a class action suite against these "thieves," because that's all they really are. Our FTC should also require companies like this to have a US - based return system in place to avoid these types of scams.

Pissed and Frustrated.

Do not order from this company! The items are NOT the colors pictured. Pictures on website show vibrant colors but in reality ALL items I ordered are muted and faded colors. The red t shirt I ordered which was pictured as red was NEON ORANGE! The fabrics are not as described. Very cheaply made. most are polyester but described as cotton blend. Took over 6 weeks to get the order and then found out returns have to be sent to China at customers expense! Don't waste your time or money. Customer service is non existent. Will be donating my shipment as it would be too expensive to return to CHina.

I did not know that until now...so have 2 items to return. I think they weigh about 10oz. I'll see what the Post Office says.
Probably won't order from them again.

I was happy with shoes and 1 shirt & earrings. But I would have been upset if I would have had to return shoes--4#
