IndustryBuying Online purchase _ order no.[protected]

I orderd for 2 Nos. Slotted angle Shelves foe Rs6226/- @ Rs3113/- per shelf. on 16th. Nov.2016. Payment was made by credit card. After receiving the order they forgot about it and after repeated reminders on phone they dispatched only one shelf, stating that at present only one is available. The second one was long awaited and on inquiry they stated that the delivery is already done. When I showed them their email they agreed, but neither agreed to refund or cancel the balance order, or amount. After long perpetuation they cancelled the order but refund is still awaited for last 15 days.
