NoraCora - Order of Clothing
I ordered $125 worth of dresses and tops. They took a long time to be delivered. The fabric is so cheap and is so thin it might as well be made of tissue paper. I opened up all the items and they were the same. I put them back in the bags and went online to start my return. The website will not let you return. When you click return on the item it takes you back to the top of the page. Then, it says you will get an email telling you how to return the items.
They emailed me and offered me a 25% refund to keep the clothes. I refused and asked about the return label. They then offered me a 50% refund to keep the clothes and told me that if I returned the items I would have to pay the return shipping to China plus and customs and duty fees associated with the parcel.
I requested a return address. They finally sent me the address. No return label, just an address in a Science and Technology building in China. When I took the package to FedEX they told me it could not be shipped as the postal code was not correct. I also tried UPS and USPS all the same response. They will not ship!
Is this a scam? Are they trying to get the package lost so they will not have to return my money?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Clothes are cheap, cheap, cheap.
They look nothing like the pictures online. Then, you can't return the products.
Desired outcome: I will gladly pay shipping to a US location to return the items. I will accept nothing more than a full refund.

I saw a dress on their web that was just what I needed. They said that was 70% off. So, made senae with the pricw and the dress. What came ro me waa a nightmare. The only thing that matched with picture wàs the c olor. The fabric waa awfull, the lenght waa wrong, the amount of fabric waa not tbe same... There is no return policè. And they really sont care what you think.

I have returns that do not fit. I have tried everyway possible to get a return address. it does not work. I will never buy here again due to this issue.
what does a person have to do to make a simple return. I am about to post this on Facebook and let people know about this problem that continues to be an issue you have failed to resolve.

i bought some summer clothes threw noracora.the clothes they sent from china was nothing what i had ordered.the tops i got were about 10 wks late and they were nothing i ordered.they were cheap polester. sent them multple inquiries that were not answered.ntil i got the items i had to throw them away they were so awful and this site is a scam and should be shut down.

NoraCora - Never received items
Noracora is a Chinese company. They ship through some third party with no true traking in the United States. I never received my items but because their unreachable shipper says they were delivered, they will not refund my money. They had part of my product shopped through USPS which actually reached me however, the part of the package that shipped through this unknown mystery shipper cannot be tracked or found. Never order from them if you actually want any type of customer service. Once your money is gone, you won't see it again. They are the typical unscrupulous foreign company. Buy USA.

NoraCora - Super scam
Purchased $150+ of clothing, got them in a fairly timely manner, tried them out and they are AWFUL quality. Issued 3 different refund requests and got the "will respond via email within 48 hours" each time. NOTHING. Waste of money and time. DON'T USE! Zero customer service and no USA phone #. Complete hack and scam with crappy clothing. It's unfortunate to see people get taken advantage of. Karma is a real thing folks.

It has been almost two weeks since I placed my order, and even when it has been apparently "sent", it looks like it's still in China. I have sent two emails already and left one message at the livechat.com, and have not received a response or explanation. I just want my money back and forget that I ever made business with this company that does not know how to conduct a business, otherwise they would care about their services to comply with what they advertise, after all they are not doing anything for free. The client should be first concern and not them receiving the money and forget about the client. I am so disappointed and deceived. I have to contact consumers affairs to see if this can be solved properly.

NoraCora - An ordered shirt on line from noracora that did not fit and could not be returned. Ed and refunded. Refunded despite a fraudulant ad.
Ads of Noracora are fraudulent.
They refuse to refund returned items that don't fit.
First they offered 25% of its value, then 50% of its value, after that a coupon of its value but no refund even though this offer is being advertised offered in on the internet..

This Copy sent my merchandise and it is sooooo cheaply made. It looks like a child made it in sowing school. I tried reaching out to this merchant and they have ignored mostly every attempt, then when they did reach out they tried to offer more cheap clothing to me and a 50 % refund. I submitted request for return label or address I can return package. I am very very dissatisfied with items . The items are not liked advertised and quality of fabric is not good, wrong size also. THE solution I was offered is a discount and keep the items. I want to return I will pay my shipping COST.
I placed order on May 29, 2021. My bank account was debited $118 on June 2, 2021. I started chat on June 15, 2021 to cancel order and was told in transit . (2) items showed up in my mailbox on June 16, 2021. I do not want any items (5). I just want to return the (2) items received and cancel entire order ( 5) items .

NoraCora - return of poor merchandise
I received 3 tops that I had ordered from NoraCora and, while grossly disappointed in the quality, tried one of the three on. It was too small so I didn't even bother taking the other two out of the original packaging. I requested an RMA immediately and have now done so two more times and still don't have one. It has been two weeks now. Really upset and want to return these items for a full refund but the company is unresponsive. Never to business with them!

NoraCora - Order was delivered was wrong and incomplete
I have contacted NORACORA several times to get there return information for a delivery of items that was incomplete and looked like this order had been canceled . I than placed a different order and paid extra to get the delivery express this order was never sent and from previous order that I need to send back I found that the sizes listed were not correct and didnot fit me . They keep given me the runaround and have not answered with return information. Thank you Linda

NoraCora - quality of product is unacceptable
I received my order #HBPT00533442 last week, immediately I contacted this company to return most of the items, quality of it is nonexistent, I placed request for return and received the message that I will be contacted within 48 hrs, of course nobody contacted me till today and when I tried to repeat the request, another message told me that I tried too many times to submit when I was not able to submit at all in a first place. They took $200 of my money and I want it back. I'll send all this stuff that is simply unacceptable, so contact me asap and have it arranged.

NoraCora - Clothing
On April 13, 2021, I paid by debit card online for 2 orders. The first a dress for $26.13, and immediately after, a second order for several tops for $159.94. By the 2nd or 3rd day I still hadn't received an email from them to confirm my order and to acknowledge. I emailed them and one or two days later they replied that they would send out the irder within 3-5 business days. Right after that I checked my bank account to see if it was withdrawn. The orders were withdrawn on April 13 and I also found there were 2 fees withdrawn for foreign conversion. That's when I realized they were not in the U.S.
It's now been 9 days with no email except for several ads. Also they run at least one size smaller than U.S. size. I just emailed them that I didn't want the orders, the totals including the foreign conversion fees, and to be credited back as fast as they withdrew it.
Desired outcome: I just want every penny back, and now.

NoraCora - Purchase of Clothes
On February 13th, 2021, I placed an order, and bought some items, and made the payment of US$209.04 with my creditcard, and the total amout was debited on the same date.
"To date the order appears" processing" for some items and others as " shipped".
I have sent emails and notifications for customer services, about what is happening with my order, and no one has made a reply.

First it shipped. Then it didn't and I should cool my jets, omg how horrible am I to ask where my order is you took the payment for? Then you dont know where it is, your waiting on it? You cant make up your mind on what actual lie you're using and dont have true customer service... Either that or it's a ten year old that has not been taught how to communicate better (adult style as if from a reputable business). The same clothes are sold through numerous other so called 'retailers' so it's obvious you dont make them and most businesses dont sell what they already have in stock...
I would like my tracking info or a full refund on the clothes I paid for. You were quite quick to take that! No problem taking my money! I expect one or the other this week. Customer service that know the job better would help to that dont make things up as they go along.

After three weeks of waiting for my order, I received the items. They were too small for me so on the return instruction sheet issued with the clothing, it said I had to email the company to get a return code. What I got instead was a message saying they are located in CHINA and I would be fully responsible to return my clothing there and pay for all shipping costs. They then offered me a 15% refund if I forewent the return of merchandise. This is unacceptable to me, since nothing was mentioned about returning to a foreign country. To top it off, they offer NO USA phone number. The customer service number provided is located in China. Beware, returns are IMPOSSIBLE!

I agreed since it would cost more to return the items being that it is shipped back to China. During the process they ask you to give them proof of the issue. You must upload pictures then wait for their approval if you can return the items. Then they tell you, you will receive a email with instructions on how to send the items back. NEVER RECIEVED. On top of that they say they are based out of England and the items are shipped from China. This company is not one that I would ever purchase from again. Lesson learned.
