We ordered 100 custom license plates from Mike Murphy, the Senior Strategic Account Manager. Everything started out fine. Once we got the 100 plates in, 51 of them turned out chipped. They were stacked together when they were shipped, which we thought caused the chipping. We asked Mike for a refund for the 51, and he said he would redo them. We recommended they be packaged differently and he said they couldn't change their process because they're such a large company. He redid 51 of them, and 31 of those were still chipped. We asked again for a refund and he wouldn't do it. He said it was up to him to determine if they were usable or not; yet, he didn't see them in person. He only refunded us for 15 of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You'll get poor service and an even worse product. Spend the extra money on a quality product.

I recently checked out BuildASign's website and they were offering a promotion of 25% off and free shipping for their online advertising. At first, I was excited about the deal, but then I noticed something fishy. The price of the sign I wanted to purchase was adjusted to cover the cost of shipping.

To test this theory, I decided to price the sign without the promotion. The sign itself was priced at $14.02, and the shipping cost was $19.95, bringing the total to just over $36 with tax. Then, I priced it with the 25% off promotion and free shipping, and to my surprise, the sign's price jumped from $14.02 to $31.85. The total cost was just over $34 with tax.

I was disappointed to see that BuildASign was using a deceptive way of doing business. It's not fair to advertise a promotion as "free shipping" when the cost is just added to the price of the product. I was left shaking my head in disbelief.

Overall, I would caution others to be wary of promotions like this from BuildASign. It's important to read the fine print and do your research before making a purchase. While their products may be of good quality, their business practices are questionable.

I recently made an order on BuildASign for 4 signs. I was excited to see that they were offering some savings, so I decided to take advantage of it. However, when the signs arrived, I was disappointed to see that they were single-sided, even though I had specifically indicated that they were for real estate purposes.

I decided to call their customer service to see if there was anything that could be done about it. Unfortunately, the agent who attended my call didn't seem to be very helpful. He simply transferred me to another department without really addressing my concerns. It felt like he was just trying to get rid of me and avoid dealing with my complaint.

I've been trying to get in touch with them ever since, but no one seems to be picking up the phone. It's frustrating because I was really looking forward to using these signs for my business.

Overall, I would advise people to stay away from this company. It's disappointing to see that they don't seem to care about their customers and their needs. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through the same experience that I did.

This company is not good to do business with. I ordered something and they said it would ship in 24 hours, but it didn't. It's been a few days past the final ship date and I still haven't gotten my order. This company doesn't seem to care about its business because it has a low rating and lots of people have had bad experiences. I wish I had checked them out before I ordered. I'm going back to the company I used before because I didn't have any problems with them. Don't use this company!

BuildASign is a website that I recently tried to order 50 signs from. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I uploaded images for the art department to use, but they said they needed better ones. I quickly emailed them better images, but then I waited and waited for a proof. I didn't receive much of a response to my requests for a proof, and it wasn't until three weeks later that I finally decided to cancel my order.

After canceling, I received emails and calls from representatives who were quite rude. They wanted to know what I wanted, even though I had already canceled my order. It was frustrating because all I wanted was to order a few signs, but it seemed like they didn't want my business.

Overall, I would not recommend using BuildASign. It was a waste of my time and I ended up having to shop elsewhere for my signs. If you're looking for a reliable sign company, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Before finalizing the order, I decided to call their customer service to confirm that they wouldn't put any holes in it.

The representative I spoke to informed me that it wasn't possible to make a sign without holes. I was surprised to hear this because I had always been given the option to have my signs made without holes in the past. I explained this to the rep and they sent me a link to use for the same design but without holes. I followed the link and placed the order, paying for it in full.

When the sign arrived, I was shocked to see that it was mounted on plastic cardboard. I immediately contacted BuildASign to inquire about this and was told that they couldn't make the sign without holes. This was frustrating because I had specifically requested a sign without holes and had even been given a link to order it that way.

Despite this disappointing experience, I still believe that BuildASign is a reliable company that provides quality products. However, I hope that they will improve their customer service and ensure that their representatives are better trained to handle customer requests and inquiries.

We recently placed an order for bumper stickers and magnets to promote our company on our vehicles and trailers. The bumper stickers turned out pretty good, with bright and vibrant colors that really caught the eye. However, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the magnets. They were blurry, dull, and had pixelated bleeding around the logo and text, making them almost unreadable.

We immediately reached out to BuildASign to express our concerns and request a refund for the magnets. To their credit, they responded promptly and assured us that they would do everything they could to resolve the issue. However, it has been a week since we first contacted them and we have yet to receive a resolution.

Overall, we were not impressed with the quality of the magnets and the lack of customer service we received. While the bumper stickers were usable, we cannot recommend BuildASign for business-related products. We hope that they will take our feedback into consideration and work to improve their products and customer service in the future.

So, I decided to give BuildASign a try and placed an order online. I was excited to receive my order in 11 days, but when it finally arrived, I was disappointed to find an empty envelope. I immediately called their customer service and spoke to a guy who was willing to help me out. He offered to redo my order and have it sent to me in another 10 to 14 days. However, I was hoping to get it sooner and asked if there was any way to expedite the process. Unfortunately, he informed me that it would cost me extra.

Feeling frustrated, I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund. To my surprise, he told me that I had already received the order and that he couldn't give me a refund. I was shocked and didn't know what to do. I decided to email them pictures of the tag that was on the envelope, which showed that the shipping weight was only 11oz, not my order of 3 car tags.

After a few days, I received a response from their customer service team. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to redo my order for free. They also promised to expedite the process and have it delivered to me within a week. I was relieved and grateful for their prompt response.

I had a really bad experience with BuildASign. I ordered some signage from them for a big trade show that my company had spent a lot of money on. We were really excited to show off our brand and attract new customers, but unfortunately, the signs never arrived. When we contacted BuildASign to find out what was going on, they told us that our order had been "destroyed" at their location and that they couldn't send us a replacement or offer us a refund.

We were really upset about this, especially since we had spent so much money on the trade show and on our order with BuildASign. We had to scramble to find a local company that could make us some banners at the last minute, which cost us an additional $580. We still had to pay for our BuildASign order, even though we never received it.

To make matters worse, the customer service team at BuildASign was really rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care that we were out a lot of money and that we had been let down by their company. We were really disappointed with the whole experience.

Since then, we've started using signs.com for all of our signage needs. We've had a much better experience with them - our orders arrive quickly and we haven't had any issues with the quality of the signs. We would definitely recommend signs.com over BuildASign any day.

Their phone number ain't working, which is a big red flag. But if you still wanna give BuildASign a try, lemme tell ya, their customer service ain't worth a dime. If you got any issues with your payment or order, they'll transfer you to some far-off land where the folks on the other end of the line don't give a hoot about your problems. They'll just try to get you to hang up. And if you ask to speak to someone in the good ol' US of A, they'll straight up lie to ya and say they can't transfer the call. And if you email 'em about a missing item in your order, they'll try to sell it to ya instead of just sending it to ya. Can ya believe that? It's like they don't even care about their customers once they've got their money. So, take my advice and steer clear of BuildASign. It's just not worth the headache. And if they do manage to finish your order, good luck if they didn't do it right.

I ordered 4 signs from the company www.buildasign.com. I received them on time and there weren’t any problems, but the quality and paint was awful. I noticed that the paint started to peel off. It was strange and I sent the photo to the seller. He told me that it was ok and it would stop now. But the paint continued to peel off. The seller refused to comment on it and stopped to deal with me at all. So, my advice - don’t buy from this company.

Ordered Sign Panels since this company is an approved with RE/MAX International. The signs were delivered quickly however, the RE/MAX red strip color at the top of the sign was a burnt red-orange. I ordered 100 sign panels and when I emailed and called them on 5-31-13, I had to continue to follow up daily for any kind of response, I talked with 4 people and finally got a manager today 6-7-13 after 6 business days, who then informed me the red color strip was the correct color due to the material the color could have somewhat of a not exact red and they would not re-print my sign panels. Their website does not give any kind of disclaimer about color shading. Nor did they offer me any kind of different sign material. So, I requested today for them to pick up the signs and want a refund. We will see how this works out. Photo as proof

BuildASign - WASTE of time! To sum it up, I ordered 50 signs online. The art department needed better images they said. Which I emailed in right away. I than waited for a proof, and waited, and waited. I received little to No response to my requests for a proof, till 3 weeks later when I finally canceled the order. Then you get the emails and calls from rude reps wanting to know what you wanted, you canceled your order, but we are here to help. All I wanted was to order a few SIGNS! Here's your sign - shop elsewhere!
