I bought a visa netspend debit card and I went to activate and I entered in my wrong social security number and I got locked out of my account, and I can not get ahold of them because when I call they won't answer and they won't answer my emails. I just want to get access to my account so I can change the social security number to the proper one. I also probably entered the wrong age because I am under 18 I just want my account to be unlocked so I can change it to my moms name and social security so I can use my card. I spent my hard earned money on this card and I am very very mad that my account is locked. I also don't understand why the need social security. All the other cards I have bought do not need social security. I am beganing to think netspend is trying to scam people
