Loaded $100, attempted to activate on line, received an error message. Was given a number to call, while attempting to activate, I find that it is no longer at $100 even though that is what I was loaded (already soaking me for fees!) I attempted to check my balance, and they quickly rushed through and before I knew it, charged me a fee just to check my balance! I didn't even have an option to hang up and do it on line where it would be free! Frustrated, I hung up, and attempted to reach the site, which now I am getting repeated errors that the site is down. Absolutely. horrible. would. NOT. recommend to anyone ever! This was a temporary measure as I was waiting for a new debit card for my regular bank account, but I needed to pay some bills online and thought this would be a good idea. Absolutely HORRIFIC experience! Feeling frustrated and absolutely ripped off!
