Netflix — using netflix on windows 10
Does Netflix have the worst customer support for any organisation in the world?
You ask them about an issue, they provide no solution and you get the following message every day:
"Hi- just checking to see if you were able to fix that Netflix issue from yesterday.

No matter which option you choose, the presentation and logic of the "support" website is just terrible. Probably the worst I have ever seen (I have a degree in IT and have built websites)
