Netflix show no good nick

Hi,
My Netflix it's set up for kids, unfortunately I don't think this show is PG and should not be there for my kids to see. This girl is stealing non stop and there are no consequences to her act. Kids need fast consequences, if they don't see it at the end of each chapter then they don't process as this is something bad. Please rate this PG 13. By the way the show is not funny, it's a serious show with a serious subject.

Netflix netflix subscription charged to my credit card

I have been out of the country since Oct. 20 2018 and just returned to Cebu Philippines on April 5, 2019. I found out that I have been billed by BDO titanium MasterCard monthly for a Netflix subscription that seems to have originated from Singapore and Amsterdam. We tried to call last January BDO credit cards from the US but their listed phones do not respond. I was looking for an email address but couldn' t find one. I sent a relative to the bank to complain in my behalf but they said they will only entertain the account holder. I have my card blocked but BDO also advised us to lodge a complaint with your office. We want a full investigation of this matter and complete nullification of the subscription charges and the penalty levied upon me by BDO. Unauthorized charges seem to be the norm for Netflix. We all need to be aware that they scam people most of the time. I would not recommend netflix to anyone. We cancelled ours because of the same thing, but they do not want to refund me.

Netflix unable to purchase subscription due to credit card glitch

Hello,

I tried to purchase a subscription (which I have had in the past without issue) however, this time it keeps telling me that there appears to be a problem with the payment method I am using. The MasterCard works everywhere else and MasterCard told me they didn't even receive a request from Netflix. After googling the issue I saw MANY complaints from others experiencing the same issue. I also tried a visa/debit card and the message said there was a problem please try again later. If so many people are having the same problem trying to purchase a subscription I don't understand why the glitch hasn't been resolved by Netflix? The customer service representative said it happens sometimes and he couldn't explain why as he had "no context to understand the problem" and he couldn't escalate the issue for the same reason. His only suggestion was buying gift cards which is ridiculous and inconvenient. I don't understand how my old account which is still active under my now ex-husband's information using a visa is fine but now I can't get a new subscription under my credit card. This is obviously losing lots of revenue and new business for Netflix and I wish you would fix it immediately. Otherwise I guess I'll have to get amazon prime instead-disappointing.

AOC and three other whacko politicians are bieng promoted by Netflix.

Why should I continue to spend my money on Netflix when they subscribe to these whacko and their ideas and present them like the second coming of Mary?

If they were presented with the FACTS of their ideas and real world implications of their ideas then maybe it is a real film instead of it being a political mega phone.

The Leftist ideology is poisoning a lot of their shows.
A WWII documentary says that Nazis are right wing, when their very name is National Socialists (much like communists, but not international in scope, just pro-their country), which is very much only Left Wing.
I just watched Black Summer, where they have a guy who says he's Christian do very un-Christian-like things and of course the white guys in a loud Dodge pickup do bad things, and another movie where they make the religious guys look like out of control crazies.
Another documentary was saying that Randy Weaver was a white supremacist, when he was just about protecting his family and against big government abusing their authority.
Netflix is nothing but a huge LEFTY indoctrination center, trying to get into your family's head through supposedly innocuous entertainment.

Netflix double billing for over two years

Good Evening,

This is Christine Davies, a devoted Netflix Member, and still a member today. I just found out that I have been double paying Netflix from two different credit cards with PNC Bank for over two years. I called the customer service number, and spoke with Alexis. She said that she could only reimburse me for three months. I asked to talk with the manager. Eric told me that this was as good as he could do for me.

I am asking that you credit my current account for the extra money that I have paid. I have that account still open and that PNC Account ends in 8046. My husband is retired and I am still teaching. We are working to change our present health care plans, and take care of all of our taxes: local, state and federal, and keep up with the rising costs of gasoline and food. Netflix is a gift for us, a source of enjoyment and relaxation. We are both seventy two years old. We are asking you to please understand this predicament, and help us to continue enjoying your product without penalty. We may have to terminate our membership without help from you.

I read Reed Hasting's story in Success Magazine, and I know that he is a "down to earth" man who understands the plight of those in retirement and on Social Security. We are only asking for what we have already paid for. We would really like your help.

Netflix bts

This is a suggestion not a complaint but should put bts on netflix because I saw got7 on netflix and I think it would be cool for bts to be on it too. I want this to be looked at so i'm just going to put a lot of sentences saying the same thing. Bts should be put on netflix because I think a lot of people will get netflix just for that reason. Netflix automatic add popping that interrupts continuous watching of a series

If this continues I will cancel my account I can deal with an add but having it stop the series from playing is ridiculous for the last two days Automatic adds for a show that I do not want to watch have been popping that interrupt continuous watching of a series. If I cancel out of the stupid add I have to go back to my desired show. I have been a customer for a few years now but that will change if this frustrating issue is not fixed soon. I seriously hope you get enough complaints that this gets fixed because I would hate to have to cancel. I may post how I feel about this on social media to see if others feel the same and I hope they do. You're already increasing your rates. Why do you have to resort to forcing us to see adds of your shows. I'll watch what I want to thank you. I don't need you forcing your options down my throat! Very unhappy about this.

Netflix my netflix account cancelled

Hi contacted your customer service team on 15 April I spoke to some guy whome I spent 20 mins explaining the issue I don't know if he understood. However she discontinued my account which out my knowledge and then tried to cover up and then when he could not do any thing he disconnected the call
I made the 2 call and spoke to siddhart who then said I can restart my membership to the original 250 plan and hung up.
I tried renewing my plan which of course failed
The previous 2 calls were around 20 mins each I had already wasted 40 mins over the phone and they have made the situation bad to worse rather than getting me a resolution
The 3 call I made I spoke to NEIL whome I informed that I need to speak to a supervisor the only reason being I had lost faith that the advisor will help me And not waste my time. And i did not want to waste more 20 mins explaining the entire issue and then again 20 mins to the supervisor (either me or Neil)
I am totally disgusted to tell you that Neil said his supervisor won't take my call if I did not explain him the issue Inspite of me telling him I don't want to repeate the Same thing for 4 time reason being it was almost 12 a.m which is quiet late.
He then said he will speak to the supervisor and came back after 7 mins just to tell me His supervisor refused the call
Now which I had to waste another 15 mins explaining the same after which he transferred the call to ANIKET who was equally use less rude and did not have manners to talk I spoke to him for about 30 mins on the phone after which the line was dropped
When I called again I spoke to him for 1 hr 05 mins and he come back saying he does not have a resolution. And NETFLIX has asked him to tell me he can't do anything about my complaint and I cannot complaint anywhere else he also said he can't give me any name of his manager so I could escalate

I am attaching the details of the long conversation I had I will make sure I high light thin on all the social media platform and make sure every living person I know is beware for such a pathetic company Netflix has given its customer service to handle

This is absolutely not acceptable leaving me with out a resolution please let me know what can be done before I get legal help for this matter

Netflix double standard on movies

Hello, last year when i opened netflix on proxy, saw the Movie Star Wars Rogue One. When i tried to watch the film it didnt let me. Yesterday i wanted to watch the series Lord of the Rings and i when check on internet you brand appears but when i try to search for it, it doesnt show up. Netflix, i dont know why, doing this double standart on showing specific scale of movies to specific countries meanwhile we all pay for the same service. İ'd like to know what makes Turkey less worthy and not deserving to see what other countries are allowed to.

Netflix bad customer service and billing

i want to update my credit card infos to use netfilx again ( expired card) .
netfilx redirect me to Itunes to do so.. except that I dont have any subscription there ..
when I called netfilx customer services, they told me that it is not possible for them to update the infos because I receive my bill from itunes.

I called apple, and I dont have any subscription with my appleID.. they havent found netflix . so please .. is there a way that I can pay to get my account back, or a way to cancel everything..

Netflix the new bill in may

I can't believe you guys are not only up charging for the subscription but we only get 2 devices we can watch it on. What a joke, you just increased the amount last year. I doubt I will continue with my subscription. You guys are increasing the amount every year and it's truly not worth it. Going to stay with my Amazon fire stick and kick you guys to the curb. You fail to mention that many of the content is being pulled to populate other subscription services. All in all we are being $10 to $20'd to death. What content used to be on Netflix is now being sold on Prime for a hefty price.

Netflix netflix online account

I got an email from Netflix yesterday that my registered email I'd had been changed and I can no longer use the email, for login I need to use the new id. They subsequently charged me 10 pounds for subscription, which I never opted for. I then called up the free phone service from the Netflix application complaining about it, but the customer service was absolutely poor. On the first call the executive told me, I've registered a case anticipating a fraud and you would receive an email confirming the same. I didn't receive any email confirmation and I again called the free phone, it was surprise that the new service agent, couldn't answer anything regarding the earlier conversation.
One thing is very clear, this was a fraudulent transaction as I was charged in pounds, where's I belong to India. I have not received satisfactory support from Netflix and I'm going to raise this issue to the board

I was charged for Netflix ₹ 650 on the 3rd of April & again an amount of ₹650 was charged on the 6th of April (this month). I have tried to get in touch with Netflix customer care. There are too many numbers provided however non of them are customer care number, why is it so difficult to get in touch with such a big company? I want my money back as soon as possible.

Netflix the 100.

Hello there.
My name is Jesse and I have a complaint about the show The 100.
After watching the seventh episode of the third season of the show, I was overjoyed to see Lexa and Clarke have a romantic scene together, as a step forward to diversifying the show.
Lexa's following death in the same episode, although shocking, came off too soon from showing her being romantic with another woman and felt close to the "Bury your gays" trope.
Whether this was by chance or chosen is impossible for me to know, and as the show is up to much later seasons, my complaint is coming late and may never be read.
But I wanted to let my opinion be known that the death at that point felt unprofessional and possibly homophobic.
I hope if more LGBT+ characters are introduced, that they are not killed in the following episode, as adding more of these characters (who's personality trait is more then their sexuality) helps create a more enjoyable, diverse and forward thinking show that everyone can enjoy.

Just enjoy the show, stop making something out of nothing.

LQBGBT+ is already shoved into shows nonstop as is.

We don't need forced "diversity" in everything, especially when it adds absolutely nothing to the story or the character.

If you are into it, fine, but not everyone wants to see LGBT+ IN every movie and show, just to have it.

I would argue alot of people dont like seeing unnecessary "romance" in action/horror shows to begin with. Whether they are LGBT+ or not is irrelevant. So don't try with the "Your a homophobe! REE!" trope.

If you take the time to watch further rather than try to tarnish "netflix" as a company, especially considering it isnt a "Netflix original"; you will see why the character, regardless of sex/gender/race/sexuality/religion was killed off.

Fyi "Lexa" wasnt even in the books, she was thrown in the series as a... Wait for it... Token gay person, to be able to claim "diversity", where it was not needed.

You should remove this ridiculous complaint.

Yes Netflix we're are paying 16 a month to watch trash shows when only a few good ones are added where are all the older shows like riddick, alien, punisher and so on... Netflix Debit card - unauthorized charges has been deducted from my account even though I never logged on netflix
