We had send our car Forte, PJV 9011 to repair on 14.11.2017. The second day, the PIC called my husband n ask us to make a deposit for part order and repair.
But until today, the PIC never called for update. Every time we called, he was engaged n we requested him to called back and for sure there is no.
Yesterday, after 3 weeks, again the PIC is engaged and my husband force the another PIC to provide us the status.
I'm very curious why the PIC can busy for 3 weeks n never update the customer n our car still at the service center...

Mine even worst. It was around 18 april 2016. After waiting for more than one month, just to change timing belt and gearbox oil seal, other bigger problem struck my naza ria. On my way driving home after i got my naza ria back, my engine overheated. Luckily i was near the petrol station and i immeadiately stopped my naza ria. I let my engine to cool down before i checked what has gone wrong.
What i found was unbelievable for Juru Autocity Kia service center carelessness. Their technicians forgot to put water in the radiator and fan socket was unplugged. I made a complain to the northen region manager but there was no action taken. Luckily i was aware the engine temperature is abnormal just on time. I fiiled up the radiator with water and plugged in the fan socket. I start my car and the engine run normally. Until today my naza still running smoothly, but i will never ever send my naza to Juru Autocity Kia service center anymore. Their technicians spent more time chit chatting with each other rather than concentrating on what they are doing.
