I cannot contact anyone to find out why my gift card is being declined for an online purchase. Then, it seems like they've charged me $3 for those declined transactions? NOT happy!

Expired card replacement
I have three visa cards that expired and I have been trying to reached out to myprepaidcenter.com for replacement and have multiple phone calls and email and none have responded.
The card says "funds dont expire" so I tucked them away for a rainy day but the date expired and now I am stuck with just the card and no one to help. I've even emailed the parent company hawk incentives a blackhawk business network but they have not replied to my complaint.
I need someone to help from this company.
Fail to get a renewal card after original vgc expired
My card [protected] was expired in August before I even got a chance to use it so I contact MyPrepaidCenter to issue me another one but they are so hard to reach out via website and phone. So I'd like to check if MyPrepaidCenter would respond here to my request and issue the new card to me ASAP. Thanks.
I also faced the same issue. I called the hotline number and chose the option ‘dispute transaction’ and was able to speak to the customer service rep. They issued me a new card. After 2 weeks of waiting, i finally received the card via mail.

I have a $100 dollar prepaid card. but it tells me that the expiration date is wrong I activated the Master card but it will not work because it comes up saying that the expiration date is not correct. how do I get help.1727.551.9090...
I called the customer service number on the card and then selected the option for "dispute a transaction." After many questions, I finally got to speak to a human. He looked up the card (I had to provide the "Proxy card number" starting in 603 from the website), then he transferred me to their customer service. That person had to transfer me to a different customer service (ask for the phone number and case number every time you are transferred) - they WERE able to help me request a replacement card (should arrive in 7-10 days?). They were also able to reverse the monthly maintenance fees! What a hassle, but a good final result.
Expired card
I had a $200 prepaid card that expired on 10/2020 that I wasn't aware expired. I had been locked out of accessing the website and therefore my card information for a while because of technology issues on their end. I have tried to contact the company but there is no contact information to be found. I would just like my prepaid card balance to be returned.
Card has no money left on it and was used in fees
I found the credit card in a stack of cards that I never used and totally forgot I had. It was from an award that I won. I went to check the amount left on the card only to find out it was $.00. Everything was used up with fees yet the card says FUNDS DO NOT EXPIRE. It was for $25. How do I get another one issued when I can't talk to a real person and there is nothing on the website to email too either. I know it is only $25 but was never used and says never expires!
Prepaid mastercard
According to my online account, I have an available
balance of $207.40 but I tried to use the card at a pharmacy and at a doctor's office and the card keeps stating its declined. I used this card just recently at the very same dr's office and Pharmacy and the payment went through just fine. The problem is that I cannot find any contact information to get help with an actual human being. The phone number 888-371-2109 does not give you an option to speak with a human no matter what option you choose on the automated system. Can't even find an email or anything like that. So now I just lose the money, oh well, too bad?

Prepay Card
I got a few prepaid cards thru this Myprepaidcenter. One from a Anheuser-Busch Rebate Program and the other Cooper Tires and also from a third Company. I can't log in. I can't use the forget password it says oops try again later. It has been months! I can barely use one of the three received one is actually a card in hand the others are virtual (2 different people and accounts.) I highly suggest to anyone to never add anymore prepaid cards to the account if you actually do register! I am now thinking a definite scam! This company is up to something not legit. I will no longer buy from anyone suggesting a rebate through this company and I suggest to anyone thinking of buying a branded product to ever get a rebate using this site as a rebate!

After numerous attempts to activate card on line and on the phone- I was unable to do so-please advise. On line-the message is they do not recognize information and on the phone-it keeps looping to an automatic message, cannot get a live person. I received a prepaid card through Spire's energy program. When I logged on to MyPrepaidCenter to activate my card, as directed, I get a blank white screen. That's it. How do I then activate the card? I'm also supposed to be able to check my card balance and view transactions. No way to do that either. What's the purpose of sending out cards that can't be activated? More importantly, who is benefiting from the money on these cards that the designated users are prohibited from using? This website needs to be investigated. Thank you.
Prepaid $50 rebate card from cooper tires
We received a rebate card when buying a set of car tires from Cooper Tires. We have tried multiple times to activate the card and cannot even get the MyPrepaidCenter website to come on the screen! We are thinking, at this point, this must be a scam. If you have any advice to help us, please inform.

Unethical behavior - is card a phony?
I was issued a visa card with a $150 award. When i call to activate it, it is not accepted. When i check the balance, i, m told 0. Have I been duped by the Company that gave me the card(First Energy), My Prepaid center.com or Visa?Seams like a great scam to me; promise a award, renege on paying it, and make sure there is no one to talk to about it.

On 10/9/2020 I received a $5 Visa card rebate for a Sentinel purchase.
Activation was needed at myprepaidcard.com.
I logged in and entered my information on 10/11 and again on 10/12.
Card shows 03/21 expiration date, but I get an 'invalid' error message. There is no number to call for help.
Very disappointing. I see many other complaints about this company. Is there anything I can do?

Sprint reward visa
I received 3 reward cards from Sprint. I used 1 to put up for automatic payment for my Sprint bill. First month I used it, it was declined, but After contacting Sprint, they were able to put the payment thru. This month, it got declined again, however, Sprint wasn't able to put it thru. The card had $406.05 on it and the payment was $119.80. There is plenty of money left on it. Not sure who to be more upset with, MasterCard or Sprint!
