I was reviewing my credit charge bill and discovered a charge of $299.00 made by My Heritage. I attempted to address that charge with My Heritage. I have not been able to actually speak with an actual person to address this issue. I have spent several hours attempting to do this. I found that in 2022 I used the service to see what they offered. I have not used the company subsequent to that time. I also cannot obtain an actual account number with My Heritage. I did not receive an email which was sent to all customers this year requiring customers to request no My Heritage renewal. If response to that letter they would assume the customer wanted a renewal. Evidenced by my not even knowing I had a My Heritage account, I certainly did not want a renewal. I continue to attempt to an actual person with no success. Bottom line, I do not want My Heritage. I want a refund reflecting the charge on my credit card.
