I have made numerous attempts for days and days and days to contact My Heratage. I purchased the kit and submitted the kit without my information. I sent the sample with no return address email or anything and then I’ve been trying to contact them to no avail. This is deplorable absolutely Unacceptable. My name is Lorraine Armstrong. My number is [protected]. I would like to have this rectified by having a replacement kit sent [protected]@icloud.com.

Claimed loss: Replacement kit to be mailed to me 1560 New York Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11210. My Heratage is the product that needs to be replaced myheratage.com.

Desired outcome: I would like myheratage.com to replace the kit so that the test can be properly completed mailed with the specimen please refund or return item My Heratage DNA kit replacement respectfully Lorraine Armstrong
