For days now when I attempt to use your photo enhancement (which is basically the only thing I"m paying nearly $400 a year for), as happens, sometime, each and every year, the photo enhancement service, goes into"processing"with a message that my photo is being enhanced. I sit and wait, and wait, and wait and then I get the message that the service is not available at this time, please try later. Contrary to your site showing you have people to assist in multiple languages, there is no one to assist! Only recorded messages that tell you to go to the site and anything listed there as possible scenarios do not match this situation. I've tried every phone number and can't get any help. It is unbelievable how the customer support dropped from initially being excellent to being a total, useless, time-wasting embroglio in a matter of just a few years. I would like this problem fixed immediately as photo restoration is"what I do"and the enhancement service — when it works — is excellent. Due to all the time consumption this is taking and the lack of being able to use the service, I"m asking that you refund at least half of my subscription amount I recently paid, extend my service for another year, AND provide a phone number where one can actually reach a live person who will help! Thank you.
