I purchased MyHeritage, which allowed 15 days to try it. It took two days to determine that the account was useless to me. I requested a refund and it quickly responded indicating they were sorry to see me go. It also sent me a confirmation. It has now been over a week and my card has not received the refund. I tried to contact them, but could not find a way to do so.
