I started the free trial and cancelled before it ended, Today I had my credit card company cancel the charges. When i went into my profile it shows that I cancelled. and no purchases were made. states the following 'Helm Web Site' is on the free Basic plan my email: [protected]@gmail.com Joined:January 26, 2026 (today) so how can I owe my heritage $408.00 Today I clicked on something and it said I joined I didn’t not join. And you don’t make it easy to contact your company.!

Desired outcome: Stop trying to charge my credit card because i never used it.
