Just visited the Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC location, turned up 20 minutes early, and checked with the receptionist that the Dr. Washington was running on time.
Quickly went to shop next door, and returned at 11:55am for my 12:00 appointment. Finally got seen at 12:10, and was told they were running an hour behind!
I scheduled the appointment this morning, as this is how they treat their customers!
This is the 3rd time now, Will never use them again.

Recommendation: Don't use them, unless you want to wait for hours!
