I bought some glasses from Glasses Etc. and when I reached out to them about returning them because they didn't fit and I won't be able to use them, they told me I can't return them...

If you want to return frames to GlassesEtc.com within 30 days from when you got them, there won't be any restocking fee! (except for certain brands that do have a fee) (you gotta pay for the return postage unless you're returning them for prescription lenses)

I ordered some frames from Glasses Etc. more than 5 weeks ago. They took my money, but I still haven't gotten my frames. I've been trying to call them for over 5 weeks, but they never pick up or call me back. I also send them emails every day about my purchase, but they never respond. Well, actually, they did send me an email a few weeks ago, but since then, nothing. This company is really bad, and I won't ever order from them again. I'll make sure to warn everyone I know not to order from them either.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from Glasses Etc. for my upcoming trip, and I decided to pay extra for faster shipping so I could get them before I left.

But guess what? The package didn't arrive on the day I expected. So, I gave them a call to find out what's going on. And you know what they told me? They said there's this standard 3-5 processing time before they even ship out any item.

Now, I gotta be honest here, this information was not clearly stated on their website. I mean, come on guys, you gotta make that stuff more obvious! So, with the upgraded shipping and the weekends, it looks like I'll have to wait a whole two weeks before I can finally get my hands on my purchase. Seriously, that's just too long!

Honestly, I think it's better to stick with good ol' Amazon or other reliable retailers when it comes to buying glasses. They won't keep you waiting for ages like Glasses Etc. does.

I ordered a pair of Dolce & Gabbana glasses from Glasses Etc. on July 29th. I gave them a call after a week to see how things were going, and they told me that I would receive my order in just a few days. I patiently waited for another week, only to be informed that my glasses were actually on back order. They told me it would take approximately 3 weeks for me to finally get my hands on them. Today, I reached out to them again, and to my dismay, they informed me that my order was still on back order. Frustrated with their lack of transparency, I decided to cancel my order altogether. It's absolutely ridiculous that they don't follow through with what they advertise. If they don't have the product available, it should never be listed on their website in the first place. I strongly advise against using Glasses Etc. for your eyewear needs.

I ordered some frames and reading lenses from Glasses Etc. on September 23rd. I made sure to ask them to hurry up my order because I needed it as soon as possible. They wrote back to me and said that I would definitely get my order by October 4th. But guess what? It's already October 7th and I still haven't received anything! I reached out to their customer service again and this time they told me that I would get my order by October 11th. Can you believe it? I was so frustrated that I immediately asked for a refund.

But you know what the customer service representative said? They flat out refused to give me a refund! Can you believe the nerve of these people? They didn't even bother to ship me anything, and yet they had the audacity to tell me that there was nobody in their whole company who could give me a refund. Can you imagine that? Now I'm out $240, plus the money I paid to a reputable company to order the glasses I actually need.

Let me tell you, these people are just terrible. I can't believe how horrible they are. It's such a disappointment to have to deal with such awful customer service. I trusted them to deliver my order on time, and they completely let me down. I would never recommend Glasses Etc. to anyone. They are just the worst.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Glasses Etc. on March 3, 2018, and boy, oh boy, let me tell you, it's been a wild ride. I shelled out a whopping $647.68 for these spectacles, expecting them to arrive in a timely manner. But guess what? It's now July 17, 2019, and I'm still waiting for my glasses to make an appearance. Can you believe it?

Not only have I been left high and dry without my precious eyewear, but I've also been denied the refund that I've been begging for. I've lost count of how many times I've pleaded with them to give me my hard-earned money back. It's like talking to a brick wall, I tell ya.

In my desperation, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and even got the New York Attorney General involved. I mean, come on, how much more official can you get? But even with all that, nothing seems to faze these folks at Glasses Etc.

Now, here's where it gets interesting. Kevin Marks, the so-called manager, had the audacity to reach out to me and promise that he would fix this mess. Can you believe the nerve? But guess what? Despite his empty promises, I haven't heard a peep from him since. No calls, no emails, no IMs on their now-defunct Facebook page. It's like they vanished into thin air.

Well, let me tell you, enough is enough. I've decided to take the next step and sue these jokers at Glassesetc.com. They've pushed me to my limit, and I won't stand for it any longer. So, my fellow frustrated customers, beware of this shady company. They may promise you the world, but all they deliver is disappointment and empty pockets. Stay away, and save yourself the headache. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I really regret not buying my frames from another place because it took them a whole 10 days just to send them out. I didn't even get prescription lenses, I only ordered frames. They sent me an email saying they would ship my order in 3 to 5 business days, but that was already a few days after I made the purchase. When I asked them why it was taking so long (by the way, they don't mention anywhere on their website that it takes more than 10 business days to process an order before shipping), their response was so snarky, and I quote: "well, we aren't Amazon".
I mean, seriously? How unprofessional can you get? The next time I need frames, I am definitely willing to pay a little extra just to avoid giving them my business. Their customer service is unnecessarily rude.
It took me around 2 weeks to finally receive my order of just one pair of frames.

Ordered glasses, didn't get any email about what's going on. So, I called them after the time they said it would take, and they said they were still processing. Two weeks later, I called again and the online chat person said the glasses were on back order. They said it would take another 10 days. At the same time, someone finally answered the phone and said the glasses were done and ready to be shipped. I was like, "What? Make up your mind, people!"

I told them to cancel my order, and they sent me an email saying it was cancelled. But guess what? An hour later, I got another email saying they were sending the glasses anyway. They even promised me a 15% discount for the trouble. But you know what? That discount never happened. They just straight-up lied to me!

So, they shipped the glasses even though I told them to cancel. And when I got them, they were a hot mess. The frames were HUGE, and to top it off, they put the lenses on the wrong eyes. Seriously, how hard is it to get that right? I returned the glasses and made it clear that I wanted a full refund. But guess what? They started playing games with me.

They kept saying they were talking to my credit card company and redoing the glasses. They even said they returned my money. But you know what? None of that was true. They were just feeding me a bunch of lies. They try to manipulate you and it's just plain horrible.

This company is a total scam! I don't know how long it's gonna take for me to get my money back, but let me tell you, this company is BAD NEWS. Stay far away from them!

I reckon Glasses Etc. is all about takin' orders and pocketin' the cash without anyone puttin' up a fight. It's been well over a month and my glasses still ain't been shipped, as per their own trackin' app that I had to shell out 98 cents for. Maybe that's their little scheme, ya know? They're hopin' I'll just forget about gettin' that 98 cents back.

I ordered my glasses on August 9, 2018, and paid the extra fee for a 2-day delivery. I've called so many times and sent emails, but the company hasn't responded at all. I even reported Glassesetc.com to the FTC for fraud, and now I'm planning to report them to the consumer protection agency. I really wish I had done my research before ordering from this company!

I gotta say, I used to be a big fan of Glassesetc.com. No problems at all in the past, ya know? But man, oh man, have they let me down this time. I've been waiting for my glasses since October 2019, and it's now January 29th, 2020, and still no sign of 'em. Can you believe it? I sure can't.

I even went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB about three weeks ago. I mean, what else can I do, right? Hopefully, something comes out of it, but who knows? It's a waiting game now.

But let me tell ya, this whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I ain't gonna be shopping with Glassesetc.com ever again, that's for sure. I mean, if they can't even get my order right or give me a refund, why bother, right?

So, folks, take my advice and steer clear of Glassesetc.com. Trust me, you don't wanna go through what I've been through. Find yourself a reliable online glasses store instead. There are plenty out there, and I'm sure you'll have a much better experience elsewhere.

After a lot of effort, I managed to get in touch with a lady who claimed to be their customer support representative. She mentioned that she was swamped with work and couldn't handle the load. She assured me that the frames would arrive by the first of September and promised to give me a call.

However, September 11th rolled around, and to my disappointment, there were still no frames in sight, and I didn't receive any call from them either. It's frustrating because they already have my money, and I'm left without the frames I ordered. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company and avoid any potential hassle.

I reached out to Glasses Etc. for assistance, and they provided me with a USPS tracking number that turned out to be fake. The package seemed to be going back and forth between facilities in Utah and Memphis, even though I live closer to Memphis. It's honestly frustrating and disappointing to experience such deception. This review is meant to warn potential buyers about the risks involved with this company. They take your money and then avoid answering phone calls. I am currently in the process of disputing the transaction. :(

The website said they would ship my order in 5-7 days. I placed my order and waited for more than 2 weeks without receiving any notification. When I finally called them after 2 and a half weeks to ask about my order, they told me that the glasses were on backorder and that they would receive them this week. The representative didn't even say sorry! I still haven't received my glasses. I don't think this site is good, it's better to spend a little more money and buy from somewhere else.
