MyEyeDr review: Terrible attitude!!!

The initial girl I spoke with was very helpful & pleasant, however, once I went to the office and an issue came up, the attitude of the manager was insulting, unempathetic, and just terrible. I can't trust or do business with anyone who comes off not having MY interest in mind. I have been to this office i the past and run into the same problem but that person was no longer employed here. Apparently upper management or whom ever hires these managers either is asleep at their desk or doesn't care how their customers are treated. Both times I was at this office, I was the ONLY one there?, so business can't be great here. Needless to say, I walked out and won't be back.
