Went to my eye dr on August 8. Called back on August 18th to check on them and was told they hadn’t been ordered. On the 20th of August they called me and said they were ordered. Call September 3rd still no lenses called back that Saturday still nothing. Call October 8th the person I spoke with said they were waiting on Corporate in Ocala to call back and they would call me back. Called them on October 13th to see if they had heard anything. No one seen any type of notes on the computer or anything. Called Oct 9th and Brandy acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. The customer service is awful and I never will go back.
Desired outcome: Refund Medicare and Medicaid their money. They should not be paid for half services rendered.
