MyHeritage review: Taking money from aged pensioner

I clicked on a 'free trial' and forgot all about it till an invoice arrived. I quickly cancelled my subscription. Later that day I went to my bank and found that they had taken $207.90 plus $6.24 PayPal 'tran fee'.
I have tried and tried to request a refund to no avail. I am told: we will get back to you shortly.
I have taken this to 'fair trading'. The solution is 'good communication' by the company. An email should have arrived to tell my the fourteen day trial was over and I would have cancelled then. The money in my bank was for food.

Recommendation: Do not click on a 'free trial' otherwise you will be charged without any communication. They have received $207.90 without me using their site.
