I am a current Mweb customer, but the company's customer services has deteriorated so much I had to check if I was not being diverted to fake contact terminals. There's currently just no way you can contact them. Their phones (all of them - sales, technical, what have you) keep you holding for so long (over 35 minutes on my longest wait) you just have to give up. They have a so-called Chatbot service which doesn't work besides greeting you and then keeping you waiting forever for a consultant who never comes. I have no way of telling them about my email boxes that are not sending mail. I have decided to close my domain and move it elsewhere, but I am struggling to find a way of communicating my intention them! When you provide services over the internet, hence you don't have face to face contact with your clients, you are conducting a trust-based business. Therefore, under this business model, there is nothing as bad as a service provide is not contactable. I have given them one star simply because I have not had any problem with the fibre internet service (but that's probably due to the network provider - Metrofibre, than to efficiency on Mweb's part). Yet I fear the day I will have problems I won't have the means to report it!
Recommendation: I am getting out as soon I can, and my advice to anyone intending to use the servies of this company, is do so at your own risk.
