This is the worst bank. Each time I visit the bank in Greenbelt, MD there is always someone complaining about not having access to there money, misapplied funds, funds transfer was incorrect or still waiting for a replacement bank card that takes nearly a month to get by mail. This bank customer service will is aweful and they treat Americans as if they were not US Citizens. I'd certainly advise you to try another bank, as this one will not be for you.

Recommendation: Find a US Bank that actually serves its American citizens.
