I was denied access at an ATM on 3/3/26, checked my checking account and discovered I was charged. After the first call I made to customer support I was advised to contact ATM which I di. A recording stated I had to notify my banking institution. After 2nd call this representative insisted I received the money which I did not, She want to speak to my husband, owner of a different M&T debit card, as he is basically deaf , he couldn't understand her and she hung up. No return call
