I went to get my nail done and received an infection from the unsanitary man digging into my cuticles with filthy nails. I have been on the phone for the past hour trying to get hold of a person in customer service. Yesterday I was on the phone for an hour and the supervisor said everything is good now. I don't owe penalties etc. This mess al happened because your bank was unprofessional. I just received a letter stating you have opened an investigation. If you don't care about me or my families and friends business just keep working on the investigation and loose a lot of business. The claim number is [protected]

Claimed loss: 50.00

Desired outcome: I want my account credited with the $50.00. I'm not even asking for the urgent care visit.

I graduated with a degree for Buffalo State and taught in Kenmore long ago.
