Went into the branch, generally I have short transactions not long enough to have bad customer service. One employee, Taylor, went out of her way to not help me. Said it's policy, I can't give you money because the check cleared today but you can take it out of the ATM. As soon as I told her what I was there for, she didn't want to help me. I'll take my money else where to somewhere that cares to have my business.
