I traveled with MSC line from Port Canaveral on March 27, 2025, with my two sons. When we arrived back to Port Canaveral my son received a $71.97 charge on his debit card for Internet usage when we already paid for the Internet package. I contacted CS immediately upon arriving home and was told to wait until they can view the final bill. After about a week or so I called back, and they said that they saw we paid for the internet package and will refer it to a manager for review. I spoke with "Luke" a customer service manager and he said he reviewed it and would get back to me within a week. He said that it appeared that we were due a refund but needed to contact billing to get it approved. Since then, I have called Luke on May 21st, June 6th, and on July 16th and I have not heard back. He seems to always be in a meeting (if even he is a manager at all). My last message was that if I don't hear back from him within a week, I will be contacting his manager and posting my reviews on what lousy customer service MSC appears to have. I am a retired person who is prime candidate for their business model, but I'm afraid that I will no longer purchase another cruise with MSC and not recommend to my friends using their cruise line as well. If this is the way they treat their customers, I want nothing to do with them.
Recommendation: Be prepared for poor customer service if you have any issues with your trip.
