Ok so on 11/10/25 I purchased a cruise online myself. I received all paperwork with times of boarding and dinner time. On 11/12 I received a call from my msc concierge (which these people change every single month and that is why I book my own cruise online, I wouldn’t even know who to call) he asked about what I booked and asked when I was leaving. Then goes about to re-book my room which I received an email with different check in time and different dinner times now. Who is he to change my booking. Why? So he can get credit for me booking the trip? This is so unacceptable to me.

Desired outcome: I would like my times to be back to original. 9:30 check in and early dining.
