I bought an annual Morrisons Delivery Pass three weeks ago £40 as I am having hip problems and thought it easier to have deliveries instead of going into their shop.
Week One charged for bags , but gave them all back to driver who only credited me from eight bags to two bags, loss of 60p, substitutes wrong type of fruit from what I have ordered.
Week two, last week , they do not do Market St Bakery for delivery, for years I have either gone in store and picked up fresh bread or click and collect will also do it in their pallets to the cars, however delivery will not order fresh bread,What is the matter with Morrisons , the item is in stock but they will not put Market Bakery on delivery orders, that defeats the object , meaning I have to go to Morrisons to pick up fresh bread, so why have I chosen delivery, so upon receiving order No 2 I decided to cancel my delivery pass, I have waited a week for a refund on this to be told just now, they will only refund 50% of the total £20 as the system will only allow that. Morrisons I am not happy with you and I will probably now change my allegiance do to another supermarket .if you can deliver 52 weeks @77p and use your petrol I have just saved you 50 weeks and use my petrol. This will go on a few more websites as to my dissatisfaction with your company
