Morgan Properties review: The staff

The staff at Northwest Crossing and The Apt at Diamond Ridge are horrible. They pass you around to different agents who give incorrect information about what is avail. For Morgan properties to have so many apts in the Windsor Mill MD area they operate out of one leasing office and what is available on their website is very misleading. The names of the floor plans dont match, the sqft dont match and at Diamont Ridge theres never a manager onsite but the one leasing agent says their shorthanded and there's new people there, but they never pick up the phone. My lease is about to be up, and I want to transfer. I have a job to do so I can't always go by but no one answers all day. Nothing has been fixed since I moved in and filled out my move in worksheet. The ive had waste and toilet paper back up in both my bathrooms tubs and maintenance said its nothing they could do. The second time it happened within 6 days, the maintenance tried his best to fix the situation. Water ran out of both toilets and for 3 days my floors was soaked until the carpet man came. water ran to the closet not knowing and my shoe boxes was damaged. My closet still has the smell of wet carpet. The storage door outside is basically off the hinge. Agent seen this when I moved in and said contractors have to come out. The door is not fixed still almost a year. My things are basically out in the elements. All I want to do is transfer but no one answers the phone.
