I moved out 6/24/25 and received my post move out letter for return of security deposit. Reviewing the letter, I found several errors which I addressed immediately to the appropriate staff at Imperial Gardens, Middletown NY. I again sent several emails and received zero response from anyone in the office. It is now July 22nd, and I have not received my security deposit. I sent a letter to Morgan Properties in PA and have not received a response. The next step is to process paperwork to city court for claims court.

Claimed loss: security deposit $2350

Desired outcome: to correct address, dollar amount of security deposit and correct move out date. I would like someone to contact me via email @ [protected]@yahoo.com.
