Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com review: Horrible customer service and inadequate security for the accounts.

I recently requested a new money network payment card to receive my Ca Unemployment payments on. Upon receiving my card via fedex, it already had an unknown username attached to it. Therefore, fraudulent activity occured on my card while it was in the care of Money Network.
I had dificulty logging in to the account due to the username being someone else. Upon discovering this, the customer service rep closed the account and told me they were going to mail me a check for the balance on the card, and that it would take 10-14 days for me to recieve the check. I told them that that was unacceptable and asked if they could direct deposit the funds. They told me they could not do that and that there was nothing else that could be done.
I find this to be absolutely outrageous, and Money Network has inadequate security measures allowing their accounts to be defrauded.
