I seem to be having issues sending Money and activating my transaction pin as my kuda bank application keeps saying that I’ve tried my pin too many times and my pin has been disabled and I do not receive any OTP code whenever I try to reset the password.

this has been going for over 3 days now and this is really inconveniencing me because your customer service agents makes it more annoying by replying me once in 24 hours and sometimes leaving my messages unopened (and you claim you have a 24hours customer care service). Please I’ll appreciate if this is fixed as soon as possible, thank you

Omo kuda don dhey scam ooo. How will I receive transaction worth of 800k above and have my account blocked when I have my account fully verified. This stupid kuda will still have to invite me to come to their office and call police or EFCC to arrest me. This is much madness kuda you all are thief and big fools idiots. I’m done using your useless bank Useless bank you people have loss much customers if you don’t know. What’s your concern with defrauding even my Wema bank never called police or EFCC on me when I had much money in my Wema bank account. Useless people mad people. You people are more than of useless.

You will debit without paying since your upgrade you have been messing up . I keep reporting the transaction but no reversal this is theft and am leaving the bank for good

Please don’t open an account with them , seems they have started a new way to taking peoples money , you already did it to me twice in7 days

I don’t recommend this bank for any reason unless you wan dash them your money … they even worse because nobody to complain too bad customer care system….

Worst debit card experience ever The debit card is trash. The card doesn’t works 99% of the time, You are using the card with a very high probability of been debited and the atm says declined, after like an hour or more…. So very annoying

Kuda, customer support, will not attend to your complaints
When you call you will only listen to one lame music for hours with hopes that a customer care would pick up

They won’t
They don’t reply mails
They don’t reply in apps complaint
You can’t not get a bank statement

You’ll get debited too often
They’ll debit you 10times
You’ll get a refund just once
It’s a scam in disguise
Just so y’all know what you getting into

I downloaded the app and start to set it up with all required information and as I continue after creating a successful account they ask me to secure my account for every signup after I click yes for them to alway send me access code on every signup into the account they told me I can’t at the moment that I should use authentication app why should I do that when I have a number you can always send authentication to these looks fishy a way of creating random app again for them to access my account without me getting a notification right that’s too bad am a Nigerian and am very intelligent and wise and they keep telling me something went wrong with a mobile app I want to keep my money at the point of registration that’s like you are a way of scamming young people after some years now

This app is becoming very useless and so frustrating….
I mean I lost my sim and I have been locked out of my account ever since I can receive the top code and can’t login the mobile app since I don’t have my phone number…… this is so frustrating and really not good for so many other customers are also locked out of their kuda app because they can’t access their phone number….. you people should do something about this and find another way to verify your customers without the phone number ….. I mean it will have been more cool if we can just receive the otp on our gmail or you can even ask us to provide the additional information so you can confirm that it is the right user who wants to login ….. you have all our info you can ask us to provide the id on our account and also allow us login the account and change phone number after the verification…… you should do something about this because I don’t have my phone number and I can’t login my kuda bank app

Has been really fun until lately I was being debited without my consent
Like transaction was being approved without my consent to an opay account
The worse is that the the account number of the opay didn’t show
I literately think It was done by one of these Kuda workers because no one knows my password , I use face ID to approve transaction

This is the worst app ever please do not use this app I saved 100k on the 13 of April I didn’t see my money I reported to them and they say I should go back that the money is there till now I didn’t see my 100k the funniest part is that I can’t login to the app. Kuda will intentionally take your money without your permission and refuse to give you back please do not download this app if you don’t want your money to disappear

This is one of the reason OPay is better than you, you Guys are not like friends bank but you take charge like then I can send up to 100k to OPay they are not going to remove any money but imagine today I sent 13k to my Kuda account and 50 naira was debuted,the money is little but e get me so angry why from Today I have stop using Kuda you Guys are getting worst everyday I brag about Kuda before but now I can never do that anymore

Kuda is a pure scam, 100001% scam, customer service zero, respect and care for customers zero. U might be using for years and no problem but trust me when they decide to give it to u, it is always back to back. Kuda lock my account with fund and lied someone dispute which the person said no, since then kuda don’t release my money over 5 good months… trust me this is a very bad bank to partner with, stay off, stay off , stay off

Ever since have upgrade my Kuda, I can’t login again, I even spoke with the customer care and they ask me to reset my password but is not even verifying me. Please do the needful cos my money is in the account and I need it . This is my first time of having issues with this account besides I don’t really think is necessary to upgrade it in the first place cos people are really complaining of having difficulties of logging in after the upgrade

This is not a safe app because their help center is zero they won’t reply to your message, mail, and their customer service number is always inactive your money is not safe using this app because they are online banking and could perform full only service what type of app this I could not access my money since last year November and no one is getting responding to my 100 mails sent like no one is even reading and there is no physical office so stay guided

Kuda is scam. they’re ripping many people their hard earned money. It’s high time you guys realize this Kuda is fraud. they’ll use you till you get sense, it’s better you use chipper cash or opay, because their customer care won’t respond to you and they won’t answer your call. they ripped my friend 500k till today they’re not picking calls or responding. they’re mostly ripping people from other states money, watch out you’ll Kuda will humble you till you get sense

I sent about 4 mails now no response up till now so you want to scam me like you have been scamming others or something I made to transactions on the 21/12/2022 to two persons and up till now they haven't received any value and it's not been reversed back to me I transfer #50000 to AWAJI MAUREEN HEMBAFAN from FCMB and #25000 to HILEKAAN TERSUUR STEPHEN from GTB and they haven't received the value up till now I tried calling the customer service number it not going through

I logged in only to meet my account blocked ?
What’s actually happening ?
I need my money as soon as possible

How do you want people to trust you with this poor tech systems

If this becomes intense I will stop using this bank and my friends will stop too

I will advice no one to use this Kuda app because there a big scam imagine I load my prepaid meter IBEDC NG on the 8Th of January 2023 the sum of 3,000 naira and was successfully debited without given me Recharge token and haven’t receive any reversal yet plz for God sake if you like your self don’t use this app until you people rectify the issue before I delete this review idiot people I don’t just know why and have been using this app since couple years now not knowing there fraud

What is going on with kuda how will I be debited of 97,000 that didn’t go through and you guys are yet to refund me like the money just disappeared without trace and it’s showing in my bank statement since Tuesday you haven’t credited the other bank or reverse you guys are scam reverse my money since Tuesday or credit the other acc and you guys are replying on the app and your customer care line is not going what’s all this you guys are scammer reverse my money or credit the other bank

Kuda bank is fast becoming a scam I made payment with my card and the payment was declined and they refused to reverse the money back ‚put a call across to the number on the app they refused to pick ,went to their social media page no response, I decided to go tru comments on their page ,from the comment it seems this bank has been scamming people for long ,and I don't want others to be victim of this ,A lot of complains on their page on instagram ,no single response from Kuda to address their complaints to even boost customers confidence please run from them
