I purchased a 2024 mitsubishi outlander sel black edition july, 22, 2024 the next day I started the vehicle, the radio did not work, I brought the vehicle back to the dealership told them what the problem was, after hours of testing I was informed that the vehicle needed a new radio. After waiting for a very long time the dealership installed a new radio, seemed to work fine, the next morning I went out started the vehicle, the radio did not work. Went back to the dealership the service manager checked the radio and said, they could not fix it to call mitsubishi. Well after speaking to a woman from mitsubishi in tennessee who was supposed to help me, all I received was lies from her.
I was told for months that they were working on the problem, well after many calls to mitsubishi and being lied to every time and promised results, today is april 18th 2025 the radio in my vehicle still does not work no volume.
I paid good money for this vehicle and want a radio that works in this vehicle. Tired of the lies I have been getting from mitsubishi representative, this woman is a lier, and to this day all she does is lie to me. And also she says to me, I will call you right back I need to speak to someone, and never returns the call;I am tired of it. I expect results from someone at headquarters to respond with some real answers, soon.
Desired outcome: Either a Radio that works ,, Or Take the vehicle back and either but me in a new one, or Refund all the money I paid for this vehicle.
