Good Evening

I am sorry I have to log this complaint.
We as a family have been using your spray deodorant for many years and up until just recently never had an issue.
The last 3 cans we have used stop spraying before the can is empty.If it only happened the once I wouldn't have minded but this is the 3rd can we have had issues with.
Has anyone else had this problem.
It just feels like I'm wasting money .

I making a complaint about the deodorant for women. When the deodorant get low it began to break up in pieces. I have never experience this before with other deodorants.

Good morning I am sending this email as I have a complaint about your spray deodorants large bottles, I have had three or four but have not worked in the last month and previously before that it cost me money to keep replacing them as for today I've got a new one it does not work yet again it lets out a tiny spray and then stops working please can you resolve this as I am not the only one this is happening to.

I just tried Mitchum underarm deodorant and it's no good as it burnt me under my armpits
Also I've sent this in before and all I get is sluffed off to a page that wants money
I take it that there's no one there that gives a dam

After using mitchum roll on deodrant for many years and having no side affects i used the product last week as instructed and as i have every time in the past and i have been suffering from the most excruciating pain in one of my armpit. My skin has been burnt and blistered.
I have attached a photo of the injury caused.

I have used Mitchum antiperspirant for years, I recently purchased unscented roll on to use on
holiday. I applied the same amount morning & evening and I have had a really bad reaction to it, as though it has burnt and scarred my skin. It has been very sore and uncomfortable. I feel that this needs looking into as a product shouldn't do this when it is being used as intended.

Don't get me wrong, I really like it BUT-
For the amount that's in the package, I think I'm paying more for the package than the product. It's only 2.5 oz. It's about 1/3 full.

Then when you get to the bottom there is still lots left as compared to the unused product! I have been keeping the unused bottoms and when I get a few I dig them out and transfer them to another stick. I'm getting good at melting the product and moving it. I am amassed how much the leftovers add up when you recombine them!

Better to do that than waste it through poor design! With that being said I am looking for a higher volume product with less waste!
This product is labor intensive to reclaim unused product, not a fair value for the price!

I would add a photo but I'm sure you are aware of my issues since you make it.

After using the gel deodorant today, I then put my shirt on and soon noticed significant discolouration of the material in all the areas that Applied the deodorant. This appears to be permanent damage. I have looked at the product and cannot see any warning notifications regarding the potential for this. I have been buying this product for many years and have always been very pleased with it. But have found recently that it stops spraying about a third of the way through the can or sprays very little. Has happened on my last 6 cans. Resulting in me having to throw it in the bin. My last aerosol has started spraying slowly after a couple of sprays.

This product clearly states on the front of the packaging it is Unscented. However when I opened it I clearly got an offensive scent. When I read the ingredient list, it clearly states "fragrance" as its last ingredient.

Due to the labelling of this product, I purchased something can't be used in my home and is the exact product I didn't want. I wasted my money.

I use this with my daughter as she is disabled and thought it was a good product. However today we noticed that there were bleach marks on her new blue t-shirt. Disgusted that the chemicals in this product have done this especially as apparently this has been an issue with your products for years. Surely you must have seen the complaints and changed the product it costs enough.

I recieved a reference nimber, 003712474A, after complaining about 2 tins of the above product. Both tins will not spray. The numbers on the bottom of the tins are Y21503A and Y21504c

Hi - i've just purchased the Mitchum natural bamboo powder from boots and I'm quite shocked at how little product actually comes in the plastic container. As you can see in the image provided about 1/3rd of the container is filled. Not only is this a complete rip-off but an absolute waste of plastic. I went into the store to check others and every single deodorant from the brand was only 1/3rd full. What's worse is that they've covered the bottom of the bottle with the sleeve brand wrapping so that customers cant see that the majority of the bottle is actually empty. Its disappointing because the product itself is very effective but the fact they've completely misled their customers with how much they think they're buying based on the size of the bottle is absolutely disgusting. I would love to know the pathetic excuse they're likely to provide as to why they can't fill their products to the top.

Bought a new dress for £35.99. Had a shower, putted Mitchium gel after dressed up. After few minutes noticed some marks on my underarms. The dress was bleached after use of Mitchium. Very disappointed and very sad, because I loved the dress so much. The thing is they not selling this dress anymore. This issue made me stressed up! I cant clean up the dress it just must go to the trash. Very disappointed

Hello I've been buying this for quite some time, and was delighted with it at first, then I had problems with the twist top, it would slip and the spray, would go everywhere except where I wanted it to go.
The a while back I made a large purchase, over a year or more ago, and as delighted that you had changed the twist top, so when the top was in the unlocked position, only the top moved, and the spay went where you needed it to.
I have today bought some more of the product and see that, the design, on the top, has gone back to the clear see through twist top, so I want to know why and where the other TOP went and why you have changed to the earlier version, that I hate. I'm now going to have to take this back to the store, which is a pain as i have trouble and walk with a cane. 1st photo is the old version second is the fantastic version.

I just want to inform you guys that I buy between 8 - 10 bottles of Mitchum Invisible No White Marks for men Aerosol Antiperspirant deodorant a month.

I have to admit that I am very unsatisfied with the last 2 months batches that i bought this month. Serial number: S20219ALMNF.19.02.2020 EXP 02.2023. This spray was the only one that kept me dry under my arms, but this time all It leave like a oily underarm and it always feels like it is wet under my arm. I am very unsatisfied with this product at the moment.

I suffer from scent-triggered migraines and I have always used Mitchum deodorants because they had scents that were mild enough they did not cause migraines for me and they also work very well. I used to use Unscented, but recently the scent changed to be very strong and caused migraines, making it unusable for me. Very strange for a product named Unscented, but I assumed it was a one-off mistake.

I switched to Pure Fresh for the last 6 months or so, but now the most recent bottle of roll-on I bought has once again had a very big change in scent and given me a huge migraine today. I happened to have enough of my old one to be able to directly compare and the difference in scent is huge.

In both cases mentioned above, there was no mention of a change in formula or scent on the bottle, otherwise I would not have purchased them. Now I have had to throw out another entire bottle of deodorant because I simply cannot use or return it, and I won't be purchasing Mitchum again.

I sprayed the women triple odor defense and a thick white spray came out which stung my skin. I thought maybe it was because I hadn't shaked it before use.
I went back to use it the next day after a good shake, hoping it would have settled, and nothing came out, it was empty?
My husband and I have used Mitchum for many years and have never had this issue.

I bought the above product and it does NOT stop the sweat or odor . The 48 hour protection is a false claim. Maybe you have another kind of product that would work better.

I live in AZ so it gets hot here and I need to have a powerful product that works.

I work in a hospital with other doctors and nurses and staff and so that's my story and complaint.

I bot a double pack of mitchum deodorant & they were all liquid not usable & they leaked all over the bathroom from the green wheel on the bottom I never had this happen before I feel they are faulty products. I have been purchasing this products for many years & this is my 1st bad experience
