Microsoft review: PC / laptop

I believe it to be May 2nd / near that date that Microsoft performed an update on my personal PC that I didn't ask for or need. I am a not tech savvy (at all) gen x'r, that enjoys playing a game on this PC (down time). Since this unasked for updating, and after many hours online with Microsoft's Copilot (hours that I can't get back) to no avail. Copilot fed me much misinformation, as I am still unable to play my game that was working just fine before update. I, the customer should not have to be inconvenienced in any way due to the upkeeping of today's technology. My game is unplayable. I am not tech savvy, and should have no interruptions in my life from this days big com[anies.
