Microsoft Microsoft 365 access via email or phone hacked or blocked so cant follow online suggestions to resolve cant find someone to talk to

Urgent .I cannot access my account so cannot resolve this problem online.

Microsoft online does not recognise my email addresses or mobile number.

I think my account has been hacked.

Microsoft has charged me £59.99 on the 28/5 plus 2 amounts of £25 . the transactions reference numbers are 7SA63841Y2886535 INV ref Z521406MKALO. and for the £25 paymentsTransaction4J649391WM3749745 inv id Z525XL0PAIXK and Z526XNGXMLUM Tran id 5UT59833JU6224013 Transaction made at 6 47 am and 4.43 am Why was I charged these amounts ?

Microsoft Their operating system

So I bought a laptop in 2013 it doesn't have TPM 2.0, and because of that, I can't use Windows 11. I called Microsoft, and they politely told me to F off. This infuriates me, because they need to support their customers!

I went into a local microsoft shop, attached is my conversation with them.

Tests here =)))))))

Microsoft Windows account

I have tried to deal with tech support I have filled out the forms 10+ times ive given them my id ect and to top it off the last time i let one of them into my system as soon as i mention the account they said hold on ill look it up then they went to a website and installed malware i was able to remove with the help of the program i bought i have even been told just buy it all again its only a little money the problem is i put thousands into that account over time because i live on 975 a month 30.00 is a lot of money too me they are thief's and lyers out too scam people

Microsoft Resetting computer without my consent, deleting my documents and installing a copy of windows 10 without product key

In the process of installing an academic copy of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft attempted to sell me a copy of Office 365. I ignored their multiple offers. After several attempts to sell me a copy of 365 they alerted me they were resetting my computer. They reset my computer without my consent. During this Reset, they deleted all my documents. I immediately contacted Microsoft Support on a Chat line. After several days of them attempting to blame this incident on me, they finally remotely entered my computer and installed a copy of windows 10 that do not have a product key to activate the copy of windows they installed on my computer. The error code is: OxCOo4F213. I have no idea what this code means.

I need recover my files and documents, and a product key for this copy of windows 10 your experts installed on my computer. Their actions in this matter was absolutely illegal and unnecessary. Why did they delete my documents that was on a Flash Drive?

Desired outcome: Please provide me with the Tool to recover my documents and send me a genuine copy of windows 10 Pro with a product key.

Microsoft Windows

My phone was stolen, and my wallet was stolen. Every account that I had was compromised, and at this point along with a new social security card, and a state-issued license I have reclaimed my accounts, new ones.

This brings me to the issue at hand, my phone had to be replaced which means the number associated with that account [protected]@outlook.com is no longer valid. My old number was [protected], my new number is [protected] which does not allow me access to that account.

Subsequently, I had to use the account: [protected]@gmail.com to access my Microsoft Account Information but it does not allow me to make any changes to that account. My computer that Microsoft helped set up has crashed and I need to download my copy of Windows 10 to reset my cpu for that I need the password to be changed.

Finally, the new word office icon loaded to my pc will not allow me to access old files and it continually asks me to sign in to [protected]@outlook.com which I cannot do, so please Help!

I can send documents verifying myself as well as my physical address.

Microsoft Customer service

My surface duo was under warranty and had a hardware issue with the screen. I contacted customer service and went through the process of sending the device for their investigation and repair or replacement. Through that process, the customer service representative assigned to my case failed to contact me or respond to my message. After opening various tickets, the response from Microsoft was that they could not confirm the serial number on the phone.

When I sent the phone, I sent it with the original box which contained the serial number, the SIM card, the purchase receipt, everything in my power to evidence the serial number.

Because they could not turn on the phone (which is the reason for the customer service need in the first place), they say that they cannot evidence the serial number on the phone. For some reason that they do not explain, they cannot replace the screen to confirm it. As an engineer, I know that they have the capability to do that. After almost 2 months talking to Microsoft on a daily basis, they just sent the damaged phone back to me, without the original box which evidenced the serial number.

I have asked many times to escalate this issue to their manager and they ignore my request and do no answer why they cannot confirm the serial number. I have asked them to call me several times and they do not and when I dial the customer service number, the call does not go through. I am very frustrated due to the high cost of this device ($1900), which is less than one year old and at this point I'm losing my money. I have written evidence of this whole dispute with customer service.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of this device. After this experience, I do not wish to own any other Microsoft devices.

Microsoft Locked out of signing in to my mail

Hi,

Frustration is building for my issue. The error is because of me and being careless with my correct password. No outside person was attempting to hack into my account. Your security concerns are appreciated; however they are not applicable in this case. I need help to unlock my "sign-in!" Don't leave a message on my e-mail address because I can't get in. Call me at my cell phone which is [protected] or better yet, send me a text message.

Microsoft Skype

I am an Office 365 customer, and I have a telephone number with Skype. For three or four years, I have been able to make outgoing calls with Skype, but most of the time other people cannot call me. Nobody has been able to call me this time for more than a year. I have repeatedly asked the techs to fix it. Sometimes they say it's fixed, but still sooner or later I get complaints that people cannot call me. Every time I ask them, they want me to provide them with the date, time, telephone number, and the telephone company of callers who have this issue. This is extremely difficult for me, as my clients aren't inclined to take the time and effort to assemble all of this information for me. But eventually I get it, provide it, and when they are done the problem remains. I have also repeatedly asked Skype why for years they are billing me for 100%, when they are only providing 50% of their contracted services. They never answer that question. I have further asked why I'm being billed at all, because I saw in one Microsoft information page that Office includes Skype. That question too they never answer. Recently, I asked the Skype techs yet again to fix this issue, and they refused. I then asked them to cancel my Skype service, and followed the instructions for doing so. After doing so I never received confirmation, and I continue to be billed for Skype. I contacted the text about this too, and they said they were no longer going to reply to e-mail messages from me. If you people do not resolve these problems with Skype, I will instruct my bank to stop the automatic payments to Skype, and I will seek what legal options are available to me.

NOTE as to the country designation below: I reside in Panama, but I am a U.S. citizen and the telphone number is in the United States.

Desired outcome: 1) Fix Skype so people can call me. Clarify whether Skype is free withg Office 365.2) Cancel Skype & refund payments made aftercancellation request sent.

Irene, I am seeking Compensation for the way the contempt that has been shown to me by Microsoft. I am asking Microsoft to make a large cash payment to myself to heal my wounds, I have had hardly any sleep in the last couple of weeks because of what Microsoft has done to me. Irene, you say I purchased a one-year Microsoft 365 Family subscription for your Microsoft.

Irene, your staff said I had to purchase Microsoft again even though it is not due for renewal until Jan 2023. 'I WAS FORCED TO BLACKMAIL' Your staff forced my hand by blocking my account, I have 120 social media pages where I will be able to warn clients of Microsoft about the fraud that is happing with your staff who are hired offshore to answer your phone calls.

Irene your website gave me two options one for $10 a month or $13 a month it just took the whole lot out without delay.

Irene, you said that I requested to have this purchase refunded. After the refund, you are not able to use the Microsoft 365 Family

Irene, I did not request a refund your technician requested a refund.

Irene Microsoft put a lock and a block on my computer I could not use my computer for over 2 to 3 weeks now.

Irene this is a three-ring circus. I was made to give my bank details to Microsoft where I was bullied and harassed, and I felt intimated I am also a seven-generation Indigenous Australian with a lot of health problems.

Irene, you asked, if possible, I would like to set up a time during your business hours to talk about your case.

Anytime would be good. It is 1-19 am Thursday morning 8-9-2022.

Irene, it is now 1-26am Thursday morning 8-9-2022 I still have not got a refund of $129-00 into my bank account I think Microsoft has had more time than it would take to go to the moon.

Microsoft Outlook online email

My Outlook Email Online Crashed Again!

2022: Now my Outlook email has become near impossible to use on my iPad with Microsoft’s bloatware updates. Additionally, who in their right mind wants to click an icon plus TWO drop-down menus simply to delete an email? I must choose whether I want to delete the email or "Backspace." What the heck are these people thinking? Furthermore, when they minimized the trashcan icon, did they consider the average size of human fingertips on a touchscreen?

Why do I get the sense that some of these overkill overhauls – to what ought to be simple email – are due to job cuts/fears in the tech industry? At the expense of the end-user, coders & UI designers fearing redundancy, tinker away... durp! durp! durp! — Never a care for the maxim: ‘if it ain’t broke...’

Sorry I don't have the latest cool devices like you tech guys simply to read & respond to my email (that's a Hotmail account for goodness sakes!).

Microsoft Pornography pop up ads within ms free games

Ads within the MS Solitaire game are pornographic images when words of the advertisement are about a product. EXTREMELY disturbing when my 12 year old grandson is playing the game. Also offensive to me. No one should be susceptible to this! And I should not have to pay for the game in order to not see them.

I have not clicked on these ads in order to obtain a URL address. Unfortunately, I am so REALLY ticked - I called the advertising department and they pawned me off to an email they were supposed to send me which I never received.

I am losing respect for this industry quickly. I can buy books to play games so going dark would not be a huge leap for me.

Desired outcome: Remove this type of advertising. Screen your advertising before publishing. A free year of Solitaire and JigSaw games.

Microsoft My laptop

On November 25 -2022, I received a pop on my laptop that being Hack and was lock out. I call the number on the screen, and someone pick my call I explain what was happen to my laptop and person ask me to down ultra-VIEWER 6.5. Then he wanted me to log in my bank account I told him NO that I don't want log in my bank account then he asks me to spend 499.99 to buy a program to unlock my laptop them want I told him that I cannot afford to spend that kind of money he got upset and hang up the phone on me his log in ID 57 018 648 p/w 5570 number to my laptop I call [protected]..

Then I call the number once again and some else pick and was able to get my laptop unlock

Microsoft Unauthorized credit card charges

I have been fighting a running 2 month battle with MS Store

I am a disabled Veteran and MS used my Citizen Bank card to charge a replacement when I SPECIFICALLY told him on Nov 14 phone call NOT to ever again use The Citizen bank card

He agreed and forwarded a return label and assured me the situation would rectified when the device was returned. At that time I would be issued a refund and Citizens Bank would be notified to such. I would NOT receive a replacement again, which has already happened once already when i didn't want.

Contrary to this when MS received the unit NOV 18 they NOT didn't issue a refund and credit to Citizenbank, they quickly turned around an shipped a replacement. They also sent an email this AM that is confusing about the 1st email and indicates a replacement has not been shipped and is expected to be shipped Jan 1 MS has fraudulently used my CC and am I DETERMINED to pursue criminal action against MS, her in St Clair County, IL if this situation is not rectified.

Desired outcome: refund my return as I was told. I thought I was over this. Citizens Bank position which has an extensive file on this issue dating back 2 months. I only want what the MS person GUARATEED me on the phone and generated a return label

Microsoft Operating system

First of all, I have been a loyal Microsoft and IBM & compatible customer and end user supplier since the first DOS. Worked on and sold early level PC's XT's 286, 386, 486, Pentium, windows 3.1 and on and on. Always a fan. Now at the twilight of my years I am very unhappy that the windows 10 laptop is not eligible for the windows 11 upgrade. I am at a point in my life that I cannot afford to just throw away a perfectly functional laptop just to upgrade to the new operating system that others can get for free! P.S. Not a fan of having to log on to my own computer every time I want to use it. Just a little venting. Regards, John Antonelli

Microsoft Surface laptops (more than one)

I have Three (3) Surface laptops, one with great specs and all of them have stopped working after updates - with the last one JUST happened. I did a system reset, because felt computer possibly compromised, as the reset was completing, it did an automatic update and now it is in the inaccessible boot (or something) continuously loop, without restarting. Another one of the exact same laptops I had, I, literally, turned it on, for the first time, it did an auto update and I, to this day, have not been able to access the device. Brand new. The final one, I had a virus and did a reset and, again, watched the automatic update and again, it never got out the loop. Also, the mediacreationtool does not even work with any of them - doesn't recognize it. I now have 4 Surface laptops (as another one I sent back and they took months to return it - did and the same thing happened, the update) and to say that I have nothing on these laptops by office and adobe because I have been scared to add any other programs - its just the updates and now I am out four laptops – 3 brand new out the box ones and am now going total Mac because... 4 laptops and no assistance - as this probably doesn't even get me anwhere.

Something needs to be done – FOUR LAPTOPS - FOUR

Microsoft Microsoft Store

After researching extensively you Microsoft have done little to nothing to stop fraudulent debit/credit card activity its been years. One could say you help make fraud easier. Why would you ever make a deal with Visa that allows canceled credit cards charges still go through and it bills the victims new card, same customer, victimized again. Now we got Microsoft*Store, Microsoft*XBOX WA ect charges going on all year and customer service talks in circles and denies, won't even tell you the email used or what items where purchased or where they where sent to. That is my DATA even though a crook did it, he still impersonated me giving them all the my information to make my debit card work. I stoppwd using Microsoft a while ago. What is really hilarious is that Google is catching these frauds and stopping them fcor Microsoft as best they can. You invented the modern PC operating system and webbrowser but can't catch fraud, but a search engine can. Lol, I'll be deleting the one Microsoft thing I still have and it's an Email address that is typically only used for when I forget a password. SickofCorruptInternet

Microsoft cancellation

Contacting Microsoft can only be through using their options and none of them include accepting a normal e mail contact, and you always have to sign in. I have had enormous random difficulties signing in, passwords etc over the years.

Somehow, I do not even remember how or why, I took out a subscription for Microsoft 365 in 2016 - it may have been to do with getting the better Office where you can edit text, as my laptop and computer seemed to be limited at the time to a student and home version. I have never managed to download this successfully yet they have renewed the £50 odd sub every year. Never downloaded, never used, always receiving e mails about its new benefits. I have tried several times to cancel the subscription, but each time the results of attempting to never lead to the window which everything says it will. It is Kafkaesque the way in which it seems impossible to cancel. Everything is in a no reply format e mail so one cannot take it up with anyone. I tried again this year with the time window running out. Sure enough, subscription renewed. However, I happen to have moved banks during the pandemic period, and , guess what, they are asking a redundant card to pay the sub as a result. So they message me and say I should change the payment details. But I am not prepared to, as I don't want the flaming thing and have tried to stop it but can't. I presume they will sue or blacklist or downgrade my credit status as they are an unthinking behemoth - but I have always paid my bills, am comfortable financially. What exactly can I do to persuade them I never wanted this, have never used the now over £300 worth of sub? Can anyone help? Even if I have to pay this years sub which I didn't want or need, I just want to get rid of it!

Microsoft I am hoping to get a refund for all unauthorized purchases

On 6/22/22, my kids sold an Xbox one gaming console on Facebook marketplace. We thought that we had deleted all previously used credit/ debit cards that were saved on the device. Apparently not. Someone has been making multiple unauthorized purchases on my debit card. Beginning on 7/6/22. The bank flagged my account yesterday due to an unauthorized purchase trying to be made. I went and met with the fraud department at 4 front credit union. They then printed off monthly bank statements for me to look through and I seen all the Microsoft purchases that were being made after the sale of the Xbox. Non were authorize or made by me.
